Just tell us about your business in a sentence or two. We'll ask a few follow-up questions and configure everything for you — hours, resources, pricing, the whole thing.
Set your opening hours for each day of the week. Toggle days off and add split hours (e.g. lunch break).
This is how much you charge most customers. You can set custom rates on individual resources in the Staff & Resources tab.
Add email addresses of people who should be able to book for free — like staff, family, or VIPs.
Create groups of customers (e.g. Members, Students, VIP). You can then give each group a special rate on any resource or service.
These are the things your customers can book — whether that's a person (like a stylist or trainer), a space (like a court or studio), or equipment (like a lane or table). Create a group when you have several of the same thing (e.g. 10 bowling lanes). Add individually for one-of-a-kind items (e.g. a specific instructor).
List the services customers can choose from when booking — for example, "Haircut", "Deep Tissue Massage", or "Private Lesson". Each service has a name, how long it takes, and an optional price. You can then assign which staff member or resource handles each service. Not a service business? Feel free to skip this tab entirely.
Set the shortest and longest appointment your customers can make. Pricing is automatically adjusted based on how long they book.
Make the booking page match your brand. These changes are what your customers see.
Connect your Stripe account so customers can pay when they book. Money goes directly to your bank — we never hold your funds. No Stripe account yet? You can create one for free during the setup process.
We send booking confirmations and reminders to your customers automatically — no setup needed on your end.
Want emails to come from you instead of neptunebooking.com? You'll need a free Resend account and a verified domain. This is totally optional — most businesses skip this.
This is what your customer receives when their booking is confirmed. You can override this per service or resource in those tabs if you need a custom message for specific things.
